The property has five rooms in two floors which are named as the Sails, the Albatross, the Boogey Board, the Scuba and the Kon Tiki. Every room in the property has its own individually controlled air conditioner with double beds and television.
The Sail has an external balcony and looks over the neighboring street, the Albatross or the suite which has an extra room known as the Myst. The Boogey Board has its balcony overlooking the neighborhood, the Scuba and the Kon Tiki since are located on the ground floor have external floors that look over the garden area and the outside area respectively.
